[English Translation]
I started my work removing small intestines today.
My supervisor checked my work and asked my coworker, Tyler, to show me a faster method. Tyler is very skilled, so I practiced the technique he taught me.
Occasionally, I helped the floor boy because he was working all by himself. At one point, I helped him because a hole got clogged, which was a serious problem. Since it wouldn't clear out, the floor boy had to go to the rear exit to pull the intestines out manually to fix the issue.
By the time I finished my work and returned to my station, it was already 2 p.m. I really wanted to show off my skills, but my knife had become very dull, making the work very difficult.
Later, I moved to the window section. It wasn't bad, and I performed well there. After finishing work, I sharpened my knife. Another Korean worker gave me a thin knife, so I sharpened that one as well.
It started to rain as we were heading home.
